Tanner has always been drawn to helping others achieve their goals. Out of college, he started helping others as a personal trainer. Before long, knowing he wanted something more, this led him to time in the non profit world, providing services to the business community. After a few years, he took an opportunity and shifted to the banking sector — now aiming focus on assisting clients achieve financial goals.

Jodee's career started in the nonprofit world in 1987 and throughout the years has had the privilege of working with national, regional, and local nonprofits. Jodee brings a unique perspective to the firm, offering proficiencies in transitional change, communication, marketing and visionary leadership.

Jodee is passionate about finding innovative ways to grow the community and help families and businesses thrive. Her parents were small business owners and she learned early on the value of work and commitment to what you believe in.
